Genes altered in expression 4 hr post-stimulation of pDC with 3M-852A and 3M-011. This file summarizes the log2 fold change in expression for 680 genes altered in expression upon treatment of pDC with 3M-852A and 3M-011, 4 hr post stimulation. Fold change in expression was calculated with respect to vehicle-treated samples from the same donor. Genes were selected if the probes sets had signal detection p-value less than 0.01 and an expression change p-value less than 0.005 across replicates for each TLR agonist.
