Numbers indicate percentages of positive cells on gated CD8+ T cells. Shown are data from one representative experiment of 5 performed. (B) T cells stimulated with TNF-α-, proTα- or proTα(100–109)-matured DCs, were used as effectors (E) against unloaded, HER-2(9369)- and tyr(9369)-loaded T2 targets (T). Where indicated, mAb to MHC class I molecules was added throughout the culture period at a final concentration of 5 μg/mL. In all assays the E:T ratio was 10:1.
