Endocytic characteristics of DCs following treatment with ECM proteins. Endocytic ability of the DCs, at 48 h, was assessed by the uptake of FITC-dextran using flow cytometry (n = 2). Data were gated, based on forward/side scatter characteristics and on FITC channel to exclude dead cells and contaminating clumps of FITC-dextran.
