Reaction of anti-B. tropicalis IgE antibodies and total IgE to A. lumbricoides extracts. Sera from individuals with positive (SPT-positive individuals) or negative (SPT-negative individuals) skin prick test reactions to B. tropicalis extract were pre-incubated with the indicated concentrations of A. lumbricoides extract and tested in an indirect ELISA using B. tropicalis extract as antigen (A) or assayed for total IgE level (B).
