AT-bias with respect to the segment boundaries. Both figures show the AT-bias for 50 k bases either side of the boundary, using a moving average over 100 bases. All boundaries in the genome were used in calculating the average. The thickness of the black line shows 95% confidence limits. Comparisons with other features are shown in the following figures. a) A+/T+ boundaries (n = 11750), b) T+/A+ boundaries (n = 11753).
