A total of 18 hybridizations were done on six nylon cDNA microarray filters (GF211; ResGen). Each filter was stripped and reused a total of five times, and these data are from the third, fourth and fifth use of each filter. Three replicates each of 4 μg human skeletal muscle RNA, and 2 and 6 μg of pig skeletal muscle RNA were hybridized to filters 1 through 3. A total of nine replicates of 4 μg of pig skeletal muscle RNA was hybridized to filters 4 through 6. Each entry shows the species and amount (μg) of total RNA used in the hybridization.
