Genotypic structure and isogenicity of NIL pairs. Graphs synthesizing information both on the overall genotypic structure of NILs (i.e.,
position and size of recombination blocks, given by colors) and on genotype and position
of non-isogenic regions (unaligned plotting lines). Each panel represent contrasting
NILs within a pair. Genotypes at SNPs are color coded (B73/B73 = blue; H99/H99 = pink;
B73/H99 = green). For each chromosome, non-isogenic regions are plotted as two separate
lines above (SNP score in NIL-HH) and below (SNP score in NIL-BB) a shared line in
the middle, where SNPs with the same genotype in both NILs (i.e., isogenic) are plotted.
Red bars represent the QTL introgression regions.
