Files contain the original finished genome annotation on rRNAs, re-annotation of the finished genome sequence by RAST, IMG, and PGAAP, and re-sequenced and re-annotated rRNA operons. Formats used include the raw sequence in FASTA, annotations in GenBank and SAM alignment.
