The dendrogram constructed using Euclidean distance is shown in (13). In parts (14-18) dendrograms constructed using the proposed method are depicted. In our method, different alphabet sizes did not lead to differences in clustering accuracy. In this figure the sequence number is shown on the X-axis and the distance values are shown on the Y-axis.
