Expression of FOXP3 and IL-22 in ex vivo isolated human T cells. Human CD4+CD25- (Tnaiv) and CD4+CD25+ (Treg) cells were isolated from healthy donors (n = 6-8) using AutoMACS technology and were either stimulated with PMA and ionomycin for 4 h or left untreated.
