Branch lengths and topologies came from Bayesian analyses. Numbers in each branch indicated Bayesian posterior probabilities (BPP)/maximum likelihood (ML) bootstrap values. The minus signs represent the bootstrap values of below 60‚ÄČ%. The topological incongruity between Bayesian and ML analyses is denoted by open arrowheads.
