Rings from the outermost to the center: 1) genes on the forward strand (yellow), 2) genes on the reverse strand (yellow), 3) tRNA and rRNA genes (black), 4) genes unique to P. burhodogranariea when comparing all 8 Dmel and HMP Providencia genomes (orange), 5) individual scaffolds (alternating shades of grey), 6) GC skew.
