Following heat shock treatment, regenerative callus, leaves and stems were crushed
into pieces as small as possible in a Waring blender. (A) The resulting "cell-pulp" was transferred to petridishes containing fresh regeneration
medium and cultivated for up to 5 months at 25°C and continuous light in the growth
chamber. (B) Regenerated shoots.
