Part B: the list of numbers used to represent different experimental conditions in gene regulatory network figures shown in Part C. Part C: the detailed information of the modules with correlation coefficient >= 0.800, including a module ID, a figure visualizing gene regulatory network and gene cluster, the list of enriched Gene Ontology biological processes and the p-values, the IDs and families of predicted transcription factors, and the IDs of genes in the module.
