Positions of turkey genomic regions with their mapping positions and underling QTL in chicken genome. This file contains the start and the end positions of turkey genomic regions that showed fixed haplotype for the reference alleles in domesticated populations. This file also contains information about the start and the end positions of these turkey genomic regions in chicken genome and the chicken QTL reported within these regions.
