The resolution and accuracy of the DRB genotyping amplicon in both experiments for HIV patient samples and known reference samples. Calls in blue were completely unambiguously detected. Calls in orange were detected using the modified, lower-stringency Galaxy pipeline, calls in purple were novel or corrected reference alleles. Calls in yellow were observed in some, but not all of the read directions (typically missed in the 2R read direction) and cannot be considered completely assayable at the indicated multiplexing level.
