Expression profiles derived from CMAP and published AD studies. Expression profile signatures derived from pooling CMAP compound treatment replicates, form corticosteroid resistance studies and from various AD stages referenced to age matched controls. These profiles are used to query SPIED. The data is given as excel spreadsheets.
