Table S1. Quantitative expression of probe sets (fold change) showing induction or repression under at least one g* condition. From the approximate 44 k probe set list included in the Agilent microarrays, 2470 probe set have been significantly induced or repressed in at least one condition using a limma p value < 0.01 by FIESTA viewer v.1.0 (EXCEL format). Additional p values (limmaFDR, Rankprod & RankprodFDR) are also shown. Bars with a red star indicate that gene variation have statistical meaning. Genes that show no variations through our samples have been removed for convenience although the whole data is available at the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database with the accession number [GEO:GSE29787].
