Outside and inside circles represent syntenic blocks in coffee tree and tomato genomes, respectively. Syntenic blocks were described in Supporting information. For syntenic blocks, each color represents a different Linkage Group in coffee tree and in tomato genomes. Red dots represent the relative location of the ovate genes on the physical map of the grapevine genomes and on the genetic map of the coffee tree and the tomato.
