Comparison of clusters of operons generated for E. coli Each entry corresponds to a cluster of operon for the particular reference set size. Clusters from each set were manually compared and placed together in the same row. The clusters are mostly reproduced even with changes in set size. Most of the clusters unique to certain reference sets are a result of cluster-splitting due to the fixed tree-cut height used during hierarchical clustering.
