The differentially expressed probes of the microarray are listed for each of the comparisons made (N vs. WS; N vs. ST; N vs. STWS and ST vs. STWS) for both day 3 and 7 of the experiment. For each comparison two tables are presented: one for the up-regulated probes and another for the down-regulated probes. A summary of the information available is also given in the first spreadsheet of the file.
