Gene ontology (GO) terms significantly over-represented in the genes with DNA methylation levels 2 fold below the median level in zebrafish healthy liver i.e. lower methylation level (FDR< 5%). These data are derived from those shown in Additional file 6, Table S4 which displays the mean normalized fluorescence intensity for 4 healthy zebrafish liver samples for all probes that passed filtering steps.
