Linear regression was performed with Ct values vs. log2(ERCC RNA copy number) for each PCR platform across the linear range marked in Figure 1. The mean slope and R2 values from three independent qPCR experiments reflect the accuracy and precision of the detection of the 10-fold differences in copy numbers between samples.
