Probes differentially expressed in liver of XX and XO mice. A linear model pairwise comparison between XX and XO mice was performed using the R package limma for all probes (X chromosome and autosomal) detected in liver (19,887). After FDR correction 1402 probes were significantly different between genotypes at the 0.05 significance level.
