List of differentially expressed genes. Additional file 1 gives the differentially expressed genes in the gastrocnemius as compared to the quadriceps from 10 LFD mice. To find these differentially expressed genes we used the criteria of an average signal intensity > 20 over all arrays, a fold change > 1.3 and an FDR < 0.05.
