Ingenuity comparative analysis revealed several significant canonical signalling pathways affected by the dysregulation of transcripts in non-oncogenic transformation of BRK cells (Ad5 E1-TC compared to untransformed BRK cells), neoplastic transformation of BRK cells (Ad12 E1-TC compared to untransformed BRK cells) and neoplastic compared to non-oncogenic transformation (Ad12 E1-TC compared to Ad5 E1-TC).
