The expression values are centred and scaled around a mean of zero and standard deviation of 1. In heatmaps, green indicates low expression and red indicates high expression. For each group, the mean profile of the gene and protein expression is plotted with corresponding standard deviations. Different pI forms of the proteins are differentiated with numbers 1, 2 and 3.
