Information about the probes including: probe name (Agilent), probe sequence, transcript and gene Ensembl identifiers, flags to determine feature significance, RNA median intensity and interquartile range and DNA median intensity (of 6 individuals). For the flag information for IsPosAndSignif and WellAboveBG, "1" means that the feature met the flag criteria in 15 out of 17 arrays.
