The p53 specificity was confirmed upon incubation with competing labeled and unlabeled oligonucleotides. The results were normalized against wild-type control and are representative of three independent experiments. B.) Model of p53 and Plk4 regulation in Plk4 heterozygous and wild-type MEFs.
