Note: In our endosperm cDNA library, 9,963 unique sequences (unisequences) were subjected to BLASTN against TAIR at <e-20, 7,585 unisequences can match Arabidopsis AGI identifiers. These AGIs represent 5,159 unigenes. Among these unigenes, 216 encode transcription factors. These TFs could be classified into 36 families according to the categroies of the website http://datf.cbi.pku.edu.cn/ webcite. The detail of each family was displayed as Additional file 10.
