sample. N = number of fish included in the genetic analyses, uHE = unbiased heterozygosity,
HWE = number of deviations from Hardy Weinberg Equilibrium *P <* 0.05 (over the total of 72 loci), LD = number of times that linkage disequilibrium
was observed between pairs of loci within any single sample at P < 0.05 (from a total
of 72 loci = 2556 pair-wise combinations), Sample type = AD adults captured within
river by angling, P parr, SM smolt, FA = taken from farm. Methods used to compute
these summary statistics are detailed in the Methods section, while more extensive
population genetic summary statistics per population are presented in Additional file
3: Table S3.
