bootstrap values from the 50% majority-rule consensus MP tree of the same data (lower
right, in quotation marks); values for nodes following the basal divergence within
subgenera are omitted. The node numbers refer to the inferred ancestral character
states given in Table 5. The inset tree on grey background is a Bayesian tree based
