This *BEAST time-tree is an example of the divergence times we obtained, though the results from Pacheco2011-A should also be taken into account (see Table  3 and Additional file 9). Node bars represent 95% HPD and axis is in Mya. Internal node labels represent posterior support and external node labels correspond to the divergence times in Table  3. The topology of this tree was the same as the guide tree for BPP.
