The chronogram was estimated from a partitioned data set consisting of six loci (ITS, nuLSU, mtSSU, MCM7, RPB1, RPB2) under a relaxed molecular clock. The divergence times correspond to the mean posterior estimate of their age in millions of years. The bars indicate the 95% HPD interval for the divergence times estimates. The four major Melanohalea clades identified in this study are indicated by ‘1’, ‘2’, ‘3’, and ‘4’ at the corresponding node.
