Phylogenetic tree of the coronin family. The phylogenetic tree of the coronin family was calculated from the multiple sequence alignment of the conserved coronin domain using the Bayesian method. The unrooted tree was drawn with iTOL [73] and branches were coloured according to class and taxonomic distributions.
