Rows from the top to the bottom are the results of Gaussian mixture model clustering with spherical kernel (GM), fuzzy C-means clustering (Fuzzy), hierarchical clustering with complete link (Hier), K-means, and spectral clustering respectively (Spectral). Each cluster is represented by the centroid (curve) and the standard deviation (small vertical bar) of the LBF distributions in the cluster. The horizontal axis of each of the 5 × 8 panels is the normalized distance from the nucleus perimeter, the range being [0,1].
