Checkerboard analysis for migratory effects of CYR61/CCN1 and WISP3/CCN6 with human MSCs and in vitro osteogenic differentiated MSCs (dMSC). Results are presented as absolute migrated cells (mean ± SD of one quadruplicate determination). 2 μg/ml CYR61/CCN1 or 2 μg/ml WISP3/CCN6 were added only to the lower compartment (lower) or to both the upper and lower compartment (upper&lower) of the chemotaxis chamber to eliminate the concentration gradient.
