(B) The signal intensities of RT-PCR products were measured using SCION IMAGE analysis software and the mRNA expression was determined by normalizing the band intensity of target mRNA (hTERT, c-myc and PPARγ) to β2M band intensity. The normalized mRNA expression of each gene is expressed as percentage of that in control (0 h) cells. Each data point represents mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
