The expression of hTERT, c-myc, PPARγ, cyclin D and bcl-2 genes over 12 h (hours) in normal human PBMCs treated with growth medium containing 10% NHS and 2.5 mM EGTA. The cells were harvested at indicated time points and subjected to RT-PCR and western blotting.
