Depression of the THOC5 gene causes apoptosis of bone marrow cells and reduction of the B cell population in spleen. Rosa26-CreERT2:THOC5 (flox/flox) (n = 17) and control Rosa26-CreERT2 (n = 14) mice were injected with or without tamoxifen. Injection was performed i. p. 2 times at 2-day intervals.
