The table summarizes results of FISH analyses of control esophageal epithelial cells (EPC-hTERT) and all four esophageal cancer cell lines, with mean and ± standard deviation of gene specific (Aurora-A, Aurora-B) and centromere (CEP, chromosome enumeration probe) specific FISH signals as well as the amplification status (gene to centromere ratio: Aurora-A to CEP20; Aurora-B to CEP17).
