Genes involved in mitochondrial function, DNA damage response and nutrient sensing that were upregulated in Δpde2 cells but not in Δpde2 Δtpk3 when grown in the presence of exogenous cAMP. Gene lists were obtained as a ratio of statistically significant expression levels in Δpde2/Δpde2 Δtpk3 cells when grown in the presence of 4 mM cAMP.
