Supplementary Movie 1 - Detection of NOL7-GFP Posttransfection. HeLa cells were transfected with WT NOL7 in frame with a GFP fusion tag and imaged every fifteen minutes from the time fluorescent signal can first be detected, approximately five hours after transfection, until it reaches steady-state intensity, approximately nine hours after transfection. Time zero corresponds to five hours posttransfection.
