Typographic error in the formula of the STC preprocess

There is a typographic error in the formula of the Chi-square for
the STC preprocess (section The STC preprocess). The sum of the second line should be divided by (n/2) instead of 2. Anyway, the implementation of the algorithm at
http://www.atgc-montpellier.fr/physic_ist/ is correct.
