Significant pairs according to the FL and FL(r) null models and C score in 10 Mbp regions from chromosome 1–10, with window length w = 300, minimum distance d = 20, and empirical p-value p ≤ 0.001. Each row contains the following 5 columns: chromosome, TF 1 (e.g., 45 corresponds to Jaspar matrix MA0045), TF 2, C score, 0 if the pair (TF 1, TF 2) is significant according to FL, or 1 if it is significant according to FL(r).
