Species (human, mouse, rat); 5. Platform category; 6. Platform specification; 7. Studied material: tissue/cell-line; 8. Specification of tissue; 9. Studied condition; 10. Treatment; 11. Used control; 12. Used statistical test; 13. Number of up-regulated genes; 14. Number of down-regulated genes; 15. Grouping as performed by experts (see section).
