Query set. This file contains the structures that constitute the query set for the experiment on the Nh3D dataset. For each architecture (comprising at least 10 topologies) we selected the smallest, biggest and average structure in terms of residues and number of contacts, plus another one randomly selected. After removing duplicates, this set of 73 structures was obtained.
