Three orthogonal views of the Rate4Site predictions superimposed onto the LeuT_Aa structure. Red spheres correspond to α-carbons of the predicted residues. As can be clearly seen, the predictions cluster along the proposed transport route. Similar results are observed in the other methods as well. The orientation on the lower-left is the same as in Figure 6a. The view on the upper-left is a rotation of 90° in the x-direction, whereas the view on the lower-right is a rotation of 90° in the y-direction.
