Hello,

The article is well prepared and structured.

Please note however, that there is a possible error at Results section, Image Processing and Feature Generation subsection:

"In a sequence of cell images, our pre-processing procedure includes four steps: image enhancement, adaptive shareholding,"

Authors might have wanted to use the word thresholding.
