A multiple ANOVA test was performed on efficiencies obtained from 700 reactions. Dependence with amplicon sequence, sample, Ct and dilutions were tested as well as all combinations of codependence. Df indicates the degree of freedom. The larger the Fvalue, or the smaller the p value, the more significant is the effect of the corresponding parameter.
